Chocolate, especially organic dark chocolate (so vegan is healthier

in regards to chocolate too), is an excellent source of

antioxidants - see http://www.manbir-

online.com/nutrition/chocolate.htm....

My favorite way to eat collards, kale or chard (other than salads),

is to steam them, then use a sesame seed cheese (1 cup raw tahini

(sesame seed butter), 1/3 cup lemon juice (pulp ok), 3-5 smooshed

cloves of garlic, salt to taste, maybe just a small dab of liquid

hickory smoke - all mixed together with a fork) to coat them, add

chopped tomatoes and walnuts (omega-3 source), and eat this with a

good bread toasted and a stout (not Guinness which is fined with a

fish product, but Sam Adams Cream Stout is vegan)....

Peace...

asking for something it needs and should have. ( what were the

health benifits of chocolate?? LOL, just kidding)
