Guest guest Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 Kermit's Favorite Salad 6 to 8 cups torn salad greens Place greens in a salad bowl. ~~~Vinaigrette Dressing~~~ 3 TB olive or vegetable oil 1 TB cider or red wine vinegar 1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Pour over greens and toss to coat. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
