I'm not a total vegetarian, but want to learn as much as possible. I love watermelon and could eat it constantly. I really enjoy dishes that have a variety of rice,beans,lentils,chopped peppers,celery -- anything that is flavorful and chewy; so I hope to hear many new ideas.
