Guest guest
This is just like my recipe that I have shared here before, except I never flattened out mine with a fork; that's a good idea... we always ate them like round poppers. Thanks for sharing this. Here's my recipe: Cheese Crisps 1 cup margarine, softened 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 cups (8oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3 cups crisp rice cereal In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine until fluffy. Slowly mix in the flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cheese and cereal. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve warm or cold. Yield: 3 dozen ~ PT ~ We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.
