Guest guest
I got this one from Libby's but it is just as good served as a little pudding. (American style pudding) Sweet Pumpkin Dip or Spread 1, 15 ounce can plain pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie filling 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened 2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger (the original recipe said 10 teaspoons ground ginger, I think that had to be a typo!) Beat pumpkin, cream cheese together till smooth. Add confectioner's sugar, cinnamon and ginger, stir together. Chill. Serve with fruits like apples, animal crackers (the cookie that contains no animals!), gingersnaps, graham crackers, spread on melba toast, etc Diabetic version: Don't burn me at the stake, please, but for my diabetic husband I use NatraTaste which is made with Aspartame. Guest guest
Another wonderful recipe. Thanks so much. I know I will love this one. Don't worry, no stake-burning parties allowed here. *lol* ~ PT ~ Good heavens, of what uncostly material is our earthly happiness composed, if we only knew it.
