Guest guest Posted July 4, 2006 Report Share Posted July 4, 2006 Breakfast Rice 1 cup long-grain brown rice 1 cup unsweetened apple juice 1 cup water 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. I like it with a little honey. Jeane in Georgia.
