Guest guest Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 Guacamole 2 avocados, pitted, cut in half, scoop out pulp with a spoon 2 tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 TB lemon juice 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained OR 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped Salt and ground black pepper, to taste Mash or chop avocados in a bowl.
