Guest guest Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 Creamy Cole Slaw 1 head (about 2 lb.) green cabbage, shredded 1 red onion, finely chopped 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped 1 carrot, peeled and shredded 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 3/4 cup mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip salad dressing 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper Paprika, for garnish Combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper, carrot, 1/2 of the parsley. In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, except the paprika. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
