Guest guest Posted June 28, 2006 Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 Okay this is another frozen banana treat...it is chocolate, vegan and sugarless but plenty sweet...this tastes like dark chocolate mmmmmm one cup really cold water one or two frozen bananas cut into chunks one big scoop Genisoy soy protein drink: unsweetened natural one heaping, heaping tablespoon }{ershey's cocoa powder: the one which has been around forever in a blender mix the water, genisoy, and cocoa into a slurry add bananas and mix until smoothe... I've tried variations on this theme but this is perfection to me...tried other soy powders...tried ripe bananas...that works but not like this -- oh boy !!
