If someone has a good name for it please let me know. 1 Box elbow macaroni cooked 1/2 - 3/4 cup salsa or more to taste mayonnaise (veganaise) 1 cup corn 3 stalks celery chopped celery salt black pepper white pepper chili powder cumin powder Mix salsa and mayo together mix macaroni, corn, and celery together add salsa mixture stir to combine add celery salt, the peppers, a touch of chili and cumin powders mix taste to adjust seasonings.
