Guest guest Posted June 26, 2006 Report Share Posted June 26, 2006 Easy Broccoli and Cheese 16 oz. frozen broccoli spears 12 oz. shredded process American cheese 2/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp. onion powder Dash ground cayenne pepper OR Dash of Tabasco hot pepper sauce, if desired Salt and ground black pepper, to taste Prepare broccoli according to package instructions. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 7 minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
