I live too close to the border to get away with the JAL-ap thing; the wrath of Quetzalcoatl would surely descend upon me! I don't pronounce chipotle the way the hispanic woman did either, because I feel silly trying to pronounce something in an accent I don't have, so it's more like " chip-oat-lay " for me.
