Guest guest Posted June 22, 2006 Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 Tofu Mayonnaise 1 pkg. (10.5 oz.) firm silken tofu 2 tsp. cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 TB soy sauce 1 clove garlic Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 1 TB vegetable oil OR extra virgin olive oil Purée tofu in blender or food processor.
