Recipe via net, now tried and true by me. So good it is dangerous...

 

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares #143371

recipe by *everydaymom*

This is a very rich yet impressive dessert. It is easy to make and

always goes quickly at any gathering.

24 servings 2 squares each

10 minutes 10 mins prep

1/2 cup margarine

2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares

 

1. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil

extending over the sides of the pan.

2. Set the pan aside.

3. In a large microwaveable bowl heat the margerine until melted.

4. Stir in the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter.

5. Mix well.

6. Spread into prepared pan.

7. Put chocolate squares in a microwaveable bowl and melt on high

about 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

8. Stir.

9. Let chocolate cool just a little then pour over peanut butter

mixture in pan and spread evenly.

10. Refrigerate one hour or until set.

11. Use the foil to lift out.

12. Cut into squares and serve.

OMG! This sounds great! Thanks for trying the recipe out

and sharing it here. The perfect summer-easy treat for

my kids to make when they have pals over to swim. :)
