Guest guest
You can always thin the sauce out with milk or water. It can be used heated or cold. Joanie
Guest guest
This is interesting. Is a cold sauce that you put over hot veggies? I bet an immersion blender would be great to use on this, since peanut butter is so thick. - grow514 Sunday, June 18, 2006 3:26 PM Indonesian Gado Gado Sauce Indonesian Gado Gado Sauce Peanut Sauce. 2 TB vegetable oil 2 large garlic, cloves, minced 2 TB fresh ginger, grated 1 medium onion, grated 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 can coconut milk Saute garlic, ginger and onion in oil. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Add coconut milk until consistency becomes like a thick gravy. You may make it thinner in you like. Serve over you favorite steamed vegetables.
