Italian with Olive Oil Blend Dressing 1 cup (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives 1/2 cup sliced red onion Toss all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes: 8 servings. Nutrition Information: Per serving = Calories 350, Fat 18 g, Protein 12 g, Carbs 35 g, Cholesterol 15 mg, Sodium 560 mg, Dietary Fiber 3 g.
