Saute pumpkin until it is > tender. Add > pinenuts. > > Step 2. > Cook, stirring, for a few minutes or until pinenuts > are golden. Stir > through Gourmet Garden herbs. Set aside. > > Step 3. > Place 1 sheet of filo on a board. Spray lightly > with oil. Top with a > second sheet. Spray with oil. > > Step 4. > Cut filo in half lengthways. Fold each half in > halves, lengthwise to > form 2 long strips.
