Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 Potato Casserole 8-10 medium potatoes, peeled & cooked 1- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese 1- 8 oz carton sour cream 1 tsp. garlic salt Or Garlic Powder 1/4 c grated onion Whip cheese & sour cream until smooth; add garlic salt or garlic powder & onion. Add cooked potatoes, one at a time, and beat after each addition until smooth. Put in greased casserole and spread with butter and paprika. Heat at 350° F. until hot, about 1 hour. (This is one recipe that isn't as good if you substitute the sour cream & cream cheese with the fat-free versions. The texture really changes.)
