Guest guest Posted June 13, 2006 Report Share Posted June 13, 2006 Big Soft Peanut Butter Cookies 1 box yellow (or butter pecan if you can find it) cake mix 2 eggs 2 tbsp water 1/4 c. cooking oil 1 c. peanut butter, creamy or crunchy Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well (a wooden spoon is recommended as the dough is VERY thick and heavy). Roll cookies into 2 " balls and place 2 " apart on an UNGREASED baking sheet. Press lightly with tines of fork crossways twice, but do not squash; dough should be at least 1/2 " thick when it goes into the oven. Bake for 10-12 min, remove baking sheet to wire rack.
