I just realized I left out the 1 c. of grated cheddar cheese that I mix into

this.

Delicious Veggie Burgers Recipe

 

 

> This makes our favorite Veggie Burgers. Love them on large WW Buns, with

> Veganaise, lettuce, onion, Tomato and pickles. Delicious Veggie Burgers

> 1 can Worthington Vegetarian Burger

> 1 cup. Italian Bread Crumbs,

> 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal

> 1/4 c. flour1 tsp. Mrs. Dash1 tsp. garlic powder

> 2 eggs

> 1 onion, chopped

> 1 c. Cheddar cheese(Optional)

> Combine together with hands to crumble the Vegetarian Burger and

> thoroughly

> mix. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot Frying pan that has small amount of

> Canola Oil(just cover the bottom). Flatten burgers with the back of your

> spoon. Fry on each side until crispy. Serve with Burger toppings on

I'm goofy this morning. I see I did put it down in the orginal recipe. Just

over look my early morning drowsiness. LOL
