Guest guest Posted June 12, 2006 Report Share Posted June 12, 2006 This makes our favorite Veggie Burgers. Love them on large WW Buns, with Veganaise, lettuce, onion, Tomato and pickles. Delicious Veggie Burgers 1 can Worthington Vegetarian Burger 1 cup. Italian Bread Crumbs, 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal 1/4 c. flour1 tsp. Mrs. Dash1 tsp. garlic powder 2 eggs 1 onion, chopped 1 c. Cheddar cheese(Optional) Combine together with hands to crumble the Vegetarian Burger and thoroughly mix. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot Frying pan that has small amount of Canola Oil(just cover the bottom). Flatten burgers with the back of your spoon. Fry on each side until crispy.
