Guest guest
Okay, I just had a whim thought of either taking my s/o to a japanese restaurant for dinner and watching a cheesy rudolph valentino movie ( " The Sheikh " ) at home or a romantic dinner at home and the aforementioned movie at home, and my s/o chose the at-home meal. i need a QUICK marsala cream sauce recipe I can do with some veggies he likes (asparagus & mushrooms he LOVES; he's a meat eater which I accomodate, but I fix him his favorite veggies when I can, to stick us both to a mutual veggie diet when possible (btw, i do not mix our cooking dishes)). I'm hoping for any marsala or marsala cream sauce that I can even substitute a soy or nut milk with (he's also lactose-intolerant which helps in the general veggie direction). I've found some traditional recipes I liked, but going by my gut instincts, they would not go good with veggie-(non-lactose) based milks. If someone could even suggest a marsala sauce that might go good with goat's milk (because I heard that is good for lactose-intolerant people), I WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
