Just buy the frozen chopped spinach in the 10 oz. boxes and thaw & squeeze the extra moisture out before stirring it in. I always have these in my freezer for quick meals, and they are perfect for taking to friends when you are helping them out after surgery or an illness or even a new baby... everyone loves these.
