Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 Creamy Cucumber Salad Low carb, very low sodium, low fat, low potassium recipe. 1 large seedless cucumber, thinly sliced OR diced 1-1/2 TB apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 red or sweet onion, peeled and minced Mix vinegar, sugar, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend. Add sour cream to vinegar mixture and mix well. Place cucumber slices in bowl, add vinegar mixture and onions to cucumber and mix well. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
