Barbecued Skillet Veggie Dogs

We like these with homemade rolls, sprinkled with cheese, coleslaw and a few

oven fries.

3/4 cup catsup

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce u can use less

1 cup water

8 to 10 veggie dogs

Mix all, except the franks, well and put in a skillet and bring to a boil.

Add franks and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

Tastes great and is fast.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! These sound good. Thanks for

another great way to fix those veggie dogs.

They are just summer-ish to me. I am thinking I could do

some in my smaller crock-pot instead of stove-top for those

really hot days when all we want to do is go swimming; we all

get so hungry at dinner time, but nobody wants to cook! *lol*
