Guest guest Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 Potatoes with Browned Onion Ingredients: 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 lb. potatoes in large chunks (want thickish) 1/3 c. olive or veg. oil Directions: Shake up onion soup and oil in large zip-loc bag. Add potatoes and shake to coat potatoes. Place in greased shallow pan in single layer. Bake at 450F for 40 min. or until tender and brown. Turn over periodically.
