Warm welcome to the group, Debra. Great to see you here and posting.

I am originally from upstate NY and I know just where you are living.

I live in southern Oregon now, but all my family is back in NY.

Ever hear of the little towns like Oneonta or Unadilla? *lol*

Wee little hamlets along I-88; lovely countryside that a part of me

calls home still. :)

Thanks for postingyour intro anddo check out our recipe files.

They are full of recipe treasures that are sure to please. :)

Debra. My husband and I have been eating close to a vegetariandiet for about

3 months.

We still eat some fish. I have three boys, ages 5, 3, and 13 months. We have

not

converted the childrens diets to a vegetarian one yet. Although they do ask

for tofu for

lunch/dinner and enjoy drinking the various nondairy milks. We live in upstate

NY near

Syracuse although we are looking to move to northern Jersey.

PT,

Thank you for the welcome. Yes I have heard of Oneonta and Unadilla. I'm

actually from near Binghamton. We have good friends in Oregon. I'm not

familiar with the state so I don't know if it's northern or southern. They are

in Corvallis.
