Guest guest Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 Onion Souffle Dip 3 - 8oz packs cream cheese or Tofutti Cream Cheese 2 cups finely shredded parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayo or Veganaise 3/4 bag of frozen onions or you can use one fresh diced onion. Thaw out onions and squeeze the excess water out. (blot with paper towel if necessary to remove the water.) mix all ingredients and melt in the microwave. (melt a little, then stir, melt some more then stir, until all ingredients are well mixed.) put in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 min. or until top is brown.
