Yes, they look kinda weird...grayish and a gray-brown tip. Next time get

some yellow hominy. It has a much better look and a much better texture. Not

only that, it's beautiful sautéed (in butter) and mixed with a lot of colorful

veggies. We call it Calico Hominy when you make it with other vegges.

Yes, corn that is processed and has a mind-altering experience. *lol*

It is sold in cans or sold dried like beans.

When it is ground fine and then cooked it becomes grits.
