QOTW: What is your favorite picnic or outdoor BBQ food?

I don't have particular recipes to share yet, but things I tend to like to find

at

picnics and barbecues include yummy salsas with quite a bit of cilantro,

cucumber-based salads and pasta salads. It seems like in the past couple of

years

when I see a variety of pasta salads at picnics here, people feel the need to

put

meat in most of them
