Sweet and Sour 'Meatballs' 1 12 oz pkg silken tofu, 1 med onion chopped, 1/4 tsp garlic pwder, 1 T soysauce, 1 c pecan or walnut meal, 1 1/2 bread crumbs Blend tofu, onion, garlic powder and soysauce, place in bowl and stir in remainder of ingredients. scoop out with small icecream scoop and place on sprayed cookie sheets. bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, till lightly browned. place in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake until sauce is bubbly Sauce: 1 8 oz can tomato sauce, 1 c apricot or similar jam, 1/2 tsp cumin, dash salt, 1/8 c lemon juice Mix all ingredients together, cover and cook on medium hig until bubbly Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have you used them in spaghetti before, or hot meatball sandwiches?
