Guest guest
Sorry, i am on the west coast so i just got online for today. No, there is no need to put recipe nutritional breakdowns on your posted recipes, that has never been a rule on our group and it never will be. Everyone can share whatever type of recipe they enjoy, no matter the fat or calories or salt or whatever, so long as it is vegetarian. We are all adults and responsible for our own health and weight management.... and a treat or splurge every now an then is not out of line, IMO. If anyone sees a recipe that does not fit their dietary boundaries, thet can just skip it; nobody is forcing them to read it or eat it. It is bad form to nitpick at a recipe that a person is sharing with the group. Instead of picking a recipe apart, how about sharing a different recipe? We all appreciate more ideas. ~ PT ~ The world will right itself; take the long view and you are comforted. ~ Lin Yutang ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " mistressofthedishes " <mistressofthedishes wrote: > > I don't think this is a dietetic vegetarian group?????
