Guest guest
Kenia: Don't worry about it... I was probably out of line with the List's goals in pointing out the high fat/caloric content. It's a push-button issue for me as I used to weigh 70 lbs. more than I do now by not realizing it was possible to be a " fat and unhealthy vegetarian. " When I see high fat/caloric/sodium recipes that needn't be so, I get, well, irritated. Will have to work on that and realize that we are all at different places in this veg'n thing. Best let it all ride... I will try to stay within the group's boundaries and purpose.
