from my archives: 1/2 cup peanut butter is around 1600 calories (8

tbl = 1/2 cup, 2 tbl peanut butter -= around 190 calories). This is

about 16x8 (128 grams of fat).

DAY by the Feds in one recipe. Assuming 3 cups of popcorn per person

(which is realistic) = around 6 servings. Each serving around 1/2

the total numbers of fat grams (on the high side) recommended by the

Feds.
