Better yet, use an air popcorn popper, blow off the 1/4 cup of oil fat calories,

and use the same spices.

1/4 cup oil is around 60 grams of fat, or close to the 65 grams of fat PER DAY

that the Feds recommend as max, which, imho and others (McDougall, Ornish,

etc.), is much too high.

If no air popper, try using less oil... 1 tablespoon is 15 grams of fat and

should work in most popcorning circumstances.

FYI, Mark

I make my popcorn in butter man. I'm skinny as a rail and that's how

I like to eat it. Calories? Bring 'em on.

I don't wanna live to be too old, the brain will give out before the

body. They haven't extended the years on the mental capacity yet to

match the heart and arteries.
