I have seen the Baker's chocolate and didn't know how to use it.

Thanks again Susie, I will make these after I buy the chocolate.

you are welcome, kenia. if you are in a pinch and

don't have the baker's chocolate (or don't have the 4

squares), you can use 3 tablespoons of unsweetened

cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon of shortening or oil

for each square (1 ounce) of unsweetened baking

chocolate. works great.

ps...i was able to add a couple more of my salsa

recipes in our files section....they are in there now.
