Guest guest
Nice to meet you Greg, I'm new in here too but I already know PT. I became vegetarian for health reasons, my family isn't vegetarian and they all have high Blood Pressure and high chol. I was following their footsteps. I have been vegetarian for almost one year and my blood tests are within a normal range now. I'm working on my family but it's going to take years. I will not give up.
