Guest guest Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 Broccoli with Cashews Yield: 6 servings 1 lg Bunch fresh broccoli -or 2 pkgs frozen 2 tb Onion minced 2 tb Butter 1 c Sour cram 2 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 c Roasted cashews Preheat oven to 325. Cook broccoli in water until crisp. Saute onion in butter. Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients, except cashews. Layer broccoli in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish and cover with sauce.
