Guest guest
i made this last week when it was really hot out and i needed something that was fillin' but chillin'... i don't personally care for those three-bean salads that are sweet, so this is what i like, but feel free to add some sugar to this if you are one who enjoys the sweeter version. Easy Three Bean Salad 1 bag frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 3 green onions, sliced thin, green tops included 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried basil [or use 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh] After cooking and draining green beans, add them to a salad serving bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir gently to combine and cover to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings ~ PT ~ An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know.
