Thank you for the welcome. I am enjoying the feral

very much. You have my great sympathy for dealing with

95 in that area. I have never been on it when it

wasn't a nightmare. My daughter-in-law used to be head

of transportation in Lexington, MA and before that did

consulting on improvements to 301 in MD. She said we

have the worst road planning that she has seen LOL!

 

Does anyone know how to make a white sauce vegan and

have it taste like one with butter? I have a recipe

for a casserole with broccoli and cauliflower which

uses a white sauce with spinach which is yummy but I'd

rather not use butter. Thanks.

i live south of dc in fredericksburg. this post made

me laugh.... " Before you all move here and add to the

road congestion " .... isn't that the truth! you are

lucky to have access to all the good stores like whole

foods and trader joes, veggie restaurants, and ethnic

food stores.....we just don't have that here....

anyway, i just wanted to say hi and hope you enjoy it

here at the feral.
