Hi y'all: I just finished putting out the latest (and long delayed... projects

for Howard, moving, yarrgghhh), Mad Cowboy Newsletter. The introduction

paragraph, table of contents, and link to this issue (where the recipes are,

too) is below.

Both Kale recipes came from Howard's new book " No More Bull! " (I'd selected them

as two of my favorites, the " Scallopped Potato " one being multi-purpose and

modifiable) I figgered since there's been some interest about Kale on this list

(and it's been available locally the past couple of weeks... just delicious),

I'd maek the recipes available in this issue. Also, on my blog and in the Quick

Bytes section of this newsletter edition there's an article about the incredible

nutrition within Kale.

Enjoy! Best, Mark MC webmaster/editor

disease, there are Vegan Firefighters in Austin, Texas, that the great movie

Moving along, there's info about animals looking forward in time, personalized

fighting global warming than reducing your driving, a Vegan Blog award-winner of

note, and that a veg'n diet promotes weight loss and lower cholesterol than

other diets. Don't miss the extra large number of articles about diet and

nutrition in our " Quick Bytes " section this issue.
