Salads, especially fruit salads would be wonderful and drinks...I have collected from PT a couple of them that are great. If there are cold dishes, vegan, that you think are great I would like to see them. Cold soups too. Cold vegetable salads sound wonderful. And then if someone could share their idea for keeping cool that would be great too even if it isn't a recipe.
