Peanut Butter Balls - question and answer!

Mix softened (but not melted) butter with the sugar and peanut

butter. After they are thoroughly mixed, as gently as possible mix in the

rice crispies. THEN roll in the coconut (regular kind from the grocery

store!).

 

These are so good - the only reason I don't make them more often (limit

myself to Christmas) is because I can and would eat every single one of

these myself!!! Right now I'm trying to eat more GREENS, and somehow they

don't fit into that category!
