Guest guest
Mix softened (but not melted) butter with the sugar and peanut butter. After they are thoroughly mixed, as gently as possible mix in the rice crispies. THEN roll in the coconut (regular kind from the grocery store!). These are so good - the only reason I don't make them more often (limit myself to Christmas) is because I can and would eat every single one of these myself!!! Right now I'm trying to eat more GREENS, and somehow they don't fit into that category!
