Guest guest
This slaw is so good. If you don't want to cook & crumble veg bacon just add 4 tablespoons of veg Bacos. Once i subbed in one cup of minced cilantro for one of the parsley cupfuls and it was lovely... very summer-fresh tasting. Cabbage Parsley Slaw 1 medium head cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups) 2 cups minced fresh parsley 1 celery rib, chopped 6 vegetarian bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1 1/2 cups fat-free mayonnaise 2 Tbs plus 1 tsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp onion powder In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, parsley, celery and veggie bacon. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Yield: 10 servings ~ pt ~ Here's a riddle for you: it's not your hair, nor your curls; it's not the smallest part of your body; it's upon you but makes you no heavier.
