I noticed that it said vegan and started checking out the photos. This person has a very very cool index of photos (mostly vegan). I haven't exactly inspected the site but it looks like he took them at several restaurants. Let me tell you if you need to convince somebody that they'll have plenty of food option once they become vegetarian or vegan then you just need to direct them to this dudes photos.
