Guest guest
I made this for 2 days now because I had leftover stuff and it tasted so good. Soyrizo Mexican Pizza 2 ounces of Soyrizo q flour tortilla 10 inch big one 1/2 cup refried beans 2 but I used 3 tablespoons enchilada sauce 10 but I used 20 canned jalapeno slices handful of grated jack cheese or mozzarella Heat oven to 400 degree and oil a pizza pan or baking sheet. Place the tortilla on prepared pan. Saute the Soyrizo until it's crumbled and hot through. Spread tortilla with refried beans, enchilada sauce, cooked Soyrizo, jalapenos and cheese. Bake for 12 minutes. Cut in slices and serve. I just ate the whole thing from the pan
