I tried this one this morning and it was just plain gross, even my 3 yr old who eats everything took one bite and said " Dat's yucky! I have a package of The Cravings Place All purpose Pancake and Waffle Mix right in front of me. I don't know where you are but I think you could find out at the site or order from them.It says on the site that the pancake mix is $5.29 but I got it at Fred Meyer's for $1.99 on sale. It doesn't use soy milk, just water. It is vegan. It is also gluten free, wheat free and of course dairy and egg free. It might be worth a try, but have no idea if your family will like it...mine does, but they had a dire craving and sawdust might have done the trick if they could put syrup on it. LOL It uses brown rice flour, white rice flour and other natural ingredients, but it isn't organic unfortunately. I tried their chocolate chunk cookie mix and it was pretty good, but a little dry for my taste. It is made here in Oregon, Bend to be exact.
