Guest guest Posted May 6, 2006 Report Share Posted May 6, 2006 Cheese Waffers 1/2 pound of chedder cheese 2 tablespoons of butter 3/4 cup of flour 1/8 teaspoon of tabasoco sause 1/4 teaspoon of salt Mix- together cheese and butter then add tabacco sause and salt and then flour take mixture and roll into a roll about 1 inch thick and wrap in wax paper----let it get hard slice into 1/2 inch pieces and bake at 350 for about 6-8 minutes it can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
