Guest guest Posted May 4, 2006 Report Share Posted May 4, 2006 My Gazpacho This is so easy to prepare the night before, because it tastes better the next day. 1 clove garlic, smashed 3 green peppers, cut 4 tomatoes, quartered 1 large cucumber, peeled, cut 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 cup ice water Blend in blender.
