This makes a nice refreshing non-alcoholic treat to serve

at a gathering. It would be perfect for Cinco de Mayo. :)

Limeade Punch

1 (12 ounce) can orange juice concentrate

2 cans water

1 (12 ounce) can limeade concentrate

1 (1 quart) bottle ginger ale

ice cubes

Lime slices

In a large three quart pitcher, mix orange juice concentrate

and 2 cans of water. Mix in limeade and half the amount

of water called for on the can. Mix in ginger ale.

Chill and serve on ice with lime slices.

Yield: 3 quarts

Yummers...now this sounds wonderful. why didn't you mention it when I was

looking for a coffee substitute? Always a day late and a dollar short aren't

you! <grinning> I have to get the ingredients next time I am out or just

make a special gas costly trip. And it is vegan!!!!!!!!!1
